PARIS LIGHTS

While we were in Paris we did a very touristic activity that we hadn’t done before there. We decided to get a boat tour that goes thru the Seine  River. We went at night to see the lights and the experience was quite surprising. It is an hour trip and the price per person was 15.00 euros. A piece of advice..always carry cash with you because in Paris there are a lot of places that don’t  accept any kind of cards. Our first choice of where we wanted to take this boat ride didn’t take any cards. We went with the Bateaux-Mouches boats. It is very close to the Eiffel Tower and very popular!

It was so nice to just relax and let the boat take us to admire every bridge and monument on this trip. Every bridge we passed through was like “wow” !

    Lovely, I had heard this was an essential thing to do, nice to get an idea what it looks like. And can someone smoke a cigar while riding in an open air boat. Probably not, would offend too many Americans sensibilities. Tchau

Um super aperitivo para as festas de fim de ano.

Brazi Bites Jalapeño Popovers
Ingredients:

1 bag Brazi Bites, defrosted

4 ea. Jalapeños

2 oz. shredded mozzarella

1 oz. cream cheese

1 T. Green onions, diced

Directions:

Cut the ends off of the jalapeños and slice down the middle.

Clean out seeds and place flat side down onto a sheet pan.

Brush lightly with oil and broil in oven until skin blisters. 
Peel the skin off of the jalapeños and small dice.

In a medium bowl mix diced jalapeños, mozzarella, cream cheese and green onions until combined.

Place Brazi Bites onto an oiled sheet pan. With your finger, press down into the Brazi Bite to create a small indentation in the top.

Place 1/2 tsp. Of the jalapeño mix in the indentation.

Place in a 400F oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.

Serve warm.
