Papaya Cream with Cassis (creme de papaya com cassis) a classic Brazilian dessert light and refreshing, normally served in steakhouses (churrascarias) to help digestion after the feast.
The papaya fruit has many health benefits and one of those is that the enzymes in the fruit can improve digestion by breaking down proteins.

1 medium ripe red papaya
2 big scoops of vanilla ice cream
2 tbsp Cassis liquor
Peel the papaya and remove seeds. Chop the papaya and mix it in a blender with the ice cream until the mixture is homogeneous.
In a dessert glass, place a bit of the liquor in bottom, pour the cream of papaya and sprinkle the remaining liquor.
