On Chloe’s pet world we are going to have more and more adoption stories! There are so many dogs waiting for a new home and they end their life in a shelter waiting for the day to die. I think there’s alot of fear around adoption in general! This section is also going to be a place where we can help you clarify that little by little.
If you have a dog that was adopted, please, contact us to tell your story here on the Blog. The Brazilian Flair in the USA family appreciates it, especially, Cody and Chloe!
Here is an adoption story from my friend Danielle…..
Fate plays roles in everyones lives, some might say its destiny or choice. The day I found my dog Max I knew it was fate. Some people get to chose their dogs or companions, others are chosen for you. It builds a deeper connection to know that life brought you two together to make life more memorable . I found my dog on a street corner in the hands of a man who says “he was lost and no one has claimed him”. I looked into his eyes and saw nothing but pure love and a lost heart.
I took him into my home, and gave him a family. I would do anything to keep him from being on the streets mistreated again. You might be reading this thinking ,” Wow this girl saved this dog’s life”. Well I think its the other way around, he saved mine.
Max is a great dog with a goofy personality. You only get one life so why not make it bright and full of great memories with friends and loved ones.
My dog Max does this every day for myself and my family, bringing us all together!! This is why I think adoption is a great choice for anyone who wants a life with a companion who can bring loving memories that will last a lifetime. Making an impact not on your own life but a life of an animal in need.
“Love is our true destiny .We do not find the meaning of life by ourselves alone-We find it with others”.
Thank you Danielle for sharing this beautiful love story about Max. I know you and know you really care about him. You are an AMAZING mom!!! Max is the luckiest boy to have you in his life!!
Beijos e Tchau!
