This crispy noodles are our new addiction for so many reasons. A package of noodles everyone has in their pantry, right?! At least, we have it! That would be our first reason. The second, is that it’s super fast to make. We cooked the pasta al dente (you can make with pastas stuffed with cheese like ravioli or tortellini) in boiling water with salt for as long the package suggests. We seasoned with salt, pepper and dry oregano. After that, fry in hot oil in small portions. The noodles will stick together, try to break them apart, but some of them will remain together. As soon as the noodles become golden-brown, put them over a paper towel to drain any excess oil. Add more salt, drizzle withe truffle oil and and sprinkle dry oregano on top. We served marinara as a dipping sauce, but you can use alfredo sauce too. We made this recipe many times and truly believe that the white truffle oil gives the final “wonton” flavor to the pasta.
