This Brazilian flair mango salsa is refreshing and delicious. Made with fresh mango, tomatoes and onions it is a perfect sweet and light addition alongside your chicken, fish, steaks, salads, etc. You name it!!
When we made this Brazilian flair mango salsa for the first time it was to serve with that delicious flank steak, remember?! It was a perfect addition to that dish!! You know when you make a side that becomes as good as the main dish?! That’s what happened here and that’s why we decided to make a separate post for this recipe. This side is so versatile and so simple to make that we wanted to dedicate one post for this recipe.
I really want to add this mango salsa the next time we make a Brazilian Barbecue. It would give sweetness and lightness to it!!
