BRAZI BITES HALLOWEEN WITCH “FINGERS”

These gluten free Brazi Bites witch “fingers” are creepy and delicious.

Happy Wednesday! Today is the day to reveal our first Halloween recipe using Brazi Bites! We had so much fun making this post this week. We wanted to do something different using the delicious Brazi Bites and created a great Halloween snack!

These Brazi Bites “fingers” are fun and easy to make so the kids can get involved for a Halloween project! This delicious cheese bread becomes even more so after being dipped into the “bloody” marinara sauce. This becomes a great tray for your Halloween party and will be a real crowd pleaser.

BRAZI BITES HALLOWEEN WITCH "FINGERS"
 
Ingredients
  • For the fingers
  • 20 ea. Brazi Bites, defrosted
  • 2 eggs, beaten well with 1 tsp. Water
  • Almond slices
  • Vegetable oil or vegetable spray
  • For the marinara sauce
  • 1 - 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 c. Water (swished from the tomato can)
  • ¼ c. Olive oil
  • 8 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 1 tsp. Red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp. Kosher salt
  • 1 tsp. Dried oregano
Instructions
  1. For the Marinara
  2. Heat oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic cloves and cook for 30 seconds until beginning to sizzle.
  4. Add tomatoes and 1 c. Water.
  5. Add Red pepper flakes, salt and dried oregano.
  6. Bring marinara to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes until thickened.
  7. Serve with Brazi bites fingers.
  8. For the Brazi Bites fingers
  9. Preheat oven to 400F.
  10. Coat hands well with oil.
  11. Knead Brazi Bite (1 ea.) well and roll into a 5 inch. "Stick"
  12. Using a small knife, cut 3 slits along the top, middle and bottom of the finger
  13. Place an almond slice into the top of the "finger"
  14. Place onto a sheet pan coated with pan spray.
  15. Brush fingers with egg wash.
  16. Bake in oven for 18-22 minutes until golden brown.
  17. Brush the "nail" of the finger with marinara sauce.
  18. Serve with marinara sauce.

  5. Oooo them fingers look spooky! I was going to make WItch fingers too, but with potatoes instead of bread- but this is pretty awesome! Like really spooky! Love it!

Brazi Bites Jalapeño Popovers
Ingredients:

1 bag Brazi Bites, defrosted

4 ea. Jalapeños

2 oz. shredded mozzarella

1 oz. cream cheese

1 T. Green onions, diced

Directions:

Cut the ends off of the jalapeños and slice down the middle.

Clean out seeds and place flat side down onto a sheet pan.

Brush lightly with oil and broil in oven until skin blisters. 
Peel the skin off of the jalapeños and small dice.

In a medium bowl mix diced jalapeños, mozzarella, cream cheese and green onions until combined.

Place Brazi Bites onto an oiled sheet pan. With your finger, press down into the Brazi Bite to create a small indentation in the top.

Place 1/2 tsp. Of the jalapeño mix in the indentation.

Place in a 400F oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.

Serve warm.
