BAI PHAI THAI RESTAURANT

We are huge fans of Happy-Hour! I love the idea of small plates and great drinks combined with good prices… you can find that at Bai Pai  restaurant. This is my go-to Thai restaurant. What I love about their Happy Hour is the selection of food especially. It’s not only fried food, it’s not super heavy or greasy, and pretty flavorful. You will find salads, vegetables and many different options than you would expect from a Thai place. They have cocktails that range from 5.50, wines from 4.50 and food also is 4.50!!

Bai Pai is pretty amazing Thai, the restaurant is so pretty, and the bar is lovely, small and very cozy with a fireplace.

Every time I go to Bai Pai I order calamari, garlic string beans and spicy honey wings!! THE BEST!

I can eat this papaya salad with Alaska bay shrimp all day long!! The sauce that comes with the steamed pork dumplings is amazing!!  I could eat it all by itself, and the beef curry with sweet buns… no words!!.

Brazi Bites Jalapeño Popovers
Ingredients:

1 bag Brazi Bites, defrosted

4 ea. Jalapeños

2 oz. shredded mozzarella

1 oz. cream cheese

1 T. Green onions, diced

Directions:

Cut the ends off of the jalapeños and slice down the middle.

Clean out seeds and place flat side down onto a sheet pan.

Brush lightly with oil and broil in oven until skin blisters. 
Peel the skin off of the jalapeños and small dice.

In a medium bowl mix diced jalapeños, mozzarella, cream cheese and green onions until combined.

Place Brazi Bites onto an oiled sheet pan. With your finger, press down into the Brazi Bite to create a small indentation in the top.

Place 1/2 tsp. Of the jalapeño mix in the indentation.

Place in a 400F oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.

Serve warm.
