This incredibly easy and delicious 4 ingredient Brazilian flair Nutella mousse doesn’t have gelatin, doesn’t need to cook and doesn’t give you any chance to make a mistake!

4 INGREDIENTS BRAZILIAN FLAIR NUTELLA MOUSSE

In Brazil, we eat a lot of mousses, you name it… We have made the lime mousse and passion fruit that delicious and refreshing and now we have the Nutella mousse that I swear that you will love.

To make the Nutella mousse, you will need Nutella and whipping cream. For the white layer we used table cream and (don’t be scared) dry milk. Yes, you read this right!! In Brazil we use a lot of dry milk to make dessert recipes and they are delicious. So, for this layer you will blend these two ingredients together and pour it over the Nutella mousse. You must be wondering if it’s really good even using only four ingredients. Yes, It’s amazing!! We gave this Brazilian dessert to our neighbors and they loved it and asked for the recipe. Always, when we give food to our neighbors that we made for the blog and they ask for the recipe immediately, we know that it is a successful dish.

All the ingredients you can find in any American store. We garnished this with toasted hazelnuts but you could also use fresh berries.

4 INGREDIENTS BRAZILIAN FLAIR NUTELLA MOUSSE
 
Ingredients
  • 500 grams of whipping cream
  • 300 grams of table cream
  • 500 Grams of Nutella
  • 10 Tbsp Nestle Dry Milk
  • Halzenuts
Instructions
  1. Using a mixer, add whipping cream in a large bowl and mix until semi stiff peaks form.
  2. Add the Nutella and beat some more.
  3. In a bowl or dessert glass place the Nutella mousse.
  4. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  5. Meanwhile mix the table cream with the dry milk until smooth
  6. Add over the Nutella mousse.
  7. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

    So east and I bet it’s delicious. Only Brazilian thing I make limade with condensed milk. Sad right, I know looks like I have comeback for more this cuisine here.

      I believe that what you just described is Lime mousse?! I make it with fresh lime juice and condensed milk and it is simply delicious!!

    Oh my goodness!!!! This looks like the best ever chocolate mousse!

    Cannot believe it is just 4 ingredients. So much easier than separating eggs and all that mixing!!!

    Love it!

    I have everything I need to make this tomorrow. Although it is Mother’s day tomorrow so might pass it on to hubby!!!! 😉

Brazi Bites Jalapeño Popovers
Ingredients:

1 bag Brazi Bites, defrosted

4 ea. Jalapeños

2 oz. shredded mozzarella

1 oz. cream cheese

1 T. Green onions, diced

Directions:

Cut the ends off of the jalapeños and slice down the middle.

Clean out seeds and place flat side down onto a sheet pan.

Brush lightly with oil and broil in oven until skin blisters. 
Peel the skin off of the jalapeños and small dice.

In a medium bowl mix diced jalapeños, mozzarella, cream cheese and green onions until combined.

Place Brazi Bites onto an oiled sheet pan. With your finger, press down into the Brazi Bite to create a small indentation in the top.

Place 1/2 tsp. Of the jalapeño mix in the indentation.

Place in a 400F oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.

Serve warm.
